Warranty PolicyUpdated a month ago

At iTechworld, we stand behind our products and offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated).

We're committed to ensuring you receive products free from materials and/or workmanship defects. We're proud to back our products with a warranty extending beyond your Australian Consumer Law rights. If you need to return a product, we're happy to provide Australia Post return labels and quotes on freight from the major freight companies.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so it's important to note that the warranty doesn't cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disasters, or other external causes, or damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner other than that described in the instructions.

For products within warranty, although we take every measure to ensure your product arrives ready to use, sometimes it doesn't work out that way. We have a full support team to get your product up and running, who will go through the following procedure:

- Testing time is approximately 1-5 business days.

- If the product has a minor fault, we'll repair the unit and send it back to you.

- If the product is unrepairable, we'll replace the unit and send it back to you.

- If the product has water damage, is modified, or has signs of misuse, you will be quoted on repair work. Water damage and misuse are not covered under warranty. We will not conduct any work until you have reviewed and paid the quote.

- If the product has no fault, you may be charged a $100 technician's fee and return shipping back to the sender for the futile return of a product.

For products out of warranty, we still offer the following support:

- Testing time is approximately 4-7 business days.

- We will assess your returned product and send you a quote for repair via email.

- We will not conduct any work until you have reviewed and paid the quote.

- We will not work on modified products that are out of warranty.

- If the product has no fault, you may be charged a $100 technician's fee and return shipping back to the sender for the futile return of a product.

To start a warranty claim, simply follow our procedure, which is detailed here
