Processing and dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. During sale periods it can take a little longer and we'll let you know.

Multiple shipments

Some orders ship from different warehouses or by different carriers, so items may arrive separately under the same tracking number.

Dangerous goods

Lithium batteries are classed as dangerous goods and travel by road freight only. They can't be sent by air, so remote deliveries may take longer and may arrive separately from the rest of your order.

Delivery

See delivery timeframes above. Deliveries run Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

PO Boxes

We can't deliver to PO Boxes due to the size of our products.

Tracking

You'll get tracking by email at dispatch. Allow 24 to 48 hours for the first scan.
