- Enter your order number and email in the appropriate fields on the Returns & Exchanges portal. Press “Find My Order”.
- Select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- After pressing “Next”, select the reason(s) for your return or exchange, then press “Next” again.
- Search for your desired product or browse our store for your exchange, then press “View Summary” once done. Review your return request summary.
- Press “Confirm” once you have checked that all information is correct.
- Select the return resolution that is most suitable for you, and press “Next”. Your request will have been received, and you will receive an RMA number for future reference.
- Once your request has been received, Customer Support will approve it. Once approved, you will receive a payment option for a return label via AusPost, though you can alternatively use another courier or bring it in-store.
Before you send anything back, please double-check that the product is faulty. If you're unsure, no worries—contact our friendly tech support team, and we'll help you diagnose the issue.
All items incur a 10% restocking fee. If items are returned with missing accessories or instructions, fees of up to 30% could be incurred.
We understand things can change, and you may have to alter your plans. If you change your mind, you have made the wrong choice or just want to return your item for store credit, you can do so. You have up to 30 days to return a product. We will not issue store credits for products older than 30 days.
- Products returned in brand new condition with original packaging, accessories, instructions and no signs of use will incur a 10% restocking fee.
- Products returned without the original packaging or without the accessories or without the instructions or with signs of use will incur a 30% restocking fee.
- All products returned for a store credit that are older than 30 days will be returned to you unhandled.
- Modified products are not eligible for a store credit.
