How do I lodge a warranty claim?Updated 3 months ago

At iTechworld, we stand behind our products and offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated). We're committed to ensuring you receive products free from defects in materials and/or workmanship, and we're proud to back up our products with a warranty that's in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. 

If you need to return a product, we're happy to help with Australia Post return labels and quotes on freight via the major freight companies.

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase, so it's important to note that the warranty doesn't cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disasters, or other external causes, or damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner other than that described in the instructions. 

The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorised by us to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance). To start a return, download our Return Authorisation form here
