At iTechworld, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day exchange policy for change-of-mind purchases.
If the product has been opened and it has been over 30 days, there will be a 10% restocking fee. If the product has been installed, or is missing any components upon return, there will be a 30% restocking fee.
- Enter your order number and email in the appropriate fields on the Returns & Exchanges portal. Press “Find My Order”.
- Select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- After pressing “Next”, select the reason(s) for your return or exchange, then press “Next” again.
- Search for your desired product or browse our store for your exchange, then press “View Summary” once done. Review your exchange request summary.
- Press “Confirm” once you have checked that all information is correct.
- Select the return resolution that is most suitable for you, and press “Next”. Your request will have been received, and you will receive an RMA number for future reference.
- Once your request has been received, Customer Support will approve it. Once approved, you will receive a payment option for a return label via AusPost, though you can alternatively use another courier or bring it in-store.
