At iTechworld, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day exchange policy for change-of-mind purchases.

If the product has been opened and it has been over 30 days, there will be a 10% restocking fee. If the product has been installed, or is missing any components upon return, there will be a 30% restocking fee. 

  1. Enter your email in the on the Returns & Exchanges portal. Press “Find My Order”.
  2. You will be emailed a 6 digit authentication code.  Enter this on the portal. 
  3. Select the items you wish to return or exchange.
  4. After pressing “Next”, select the reason(s) for your return or exchange, then press “Next” again. 
  5. Press “Confirm” once you have checked that all information is correct.
  6. Select the return resolution that is most suitable for you, and press “Next”. Your request will have been received, and you will receive an RMA number for future reference.
  7. Once your request has been received, Customer Support will approve it. Once approved, you will receive an option for a postage return label or courier pickup booking, though you can alternatively use another courier or bring it in-store.
