At iTechworld, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day exchange policy for change-of-mind purchases.
If the product has been opened and it has been over 30 days, there will be a 10% restocking fee. If the product has been installed, or is missing any components upon return, there will be a 30% restocking fee.
- Enter your email in the on the Returns & Exchanges portal. Press “Find My Order”.
- You will be emailed a 6 digit authentication code. Enter this on the portal.
- Select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- After pressing “Next”, select the reason(s) for your return or exchange, then press “Next” again.
- Press “Confirm” once you have checked that all information is correct.
- Select the return resolution that is most suitable for you, and press “Next”. Your request will have been received, and you will receive an RMA number for future reference.
- Once your request has been received, Customer Support will approve it. Once approved, you will receive an option for a postage return label or courier pickup booking, though you can alternatively use another courier or bring it in-store.
