At iTechworld, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day exchange policy for change-of-mind purchases.

If the product has been opened and it has been over 30 days, there will be a 10% restocking fee. If the product has been installed, or is missing any components upon return, there will be a 30% restocking fee. 

  1. Enter your order number and email in the appropriate fields on the Returns & Exchanges portal. Press “Find My Order”.
  2. Select the items you wish to return or exchange.
  3. After pressing “Next”, select the reason(s) for your return or exchange, then press “Next” again.
  4. Search for your desired product or browse our store for your exchange, then press “View Summary” once done.  Review your exchange request summary.
  5. Press “Confirm” once you have checked that all information is correct.
  6. Select the return resolution that is most suitable for you, and press “Next”. Your request will have been received, and you will receive an RMA number for future reference.
  7. Once your request has been received, Customer Support will approve it. Once approved, you will receive a payment option for a return label via AusPost, though you can alternatively use another courier or bring it in-store.
