No, your battery will not be fully charged. We ship our batteries at a voltage of 13.1V which is around 85 - 90% charged.

My iTechworld battery is flat/unresponsive

The battery will be in Safe Mode. The most common reason for an iTechworld battery being in Safe Mode is from being drained to less than 10.5V of voltage. Follow this link to view different methods of bringing your battery out of Safe Mode.

My battery goes into Safe Mode under load
