We want you to be completely happy with your iTechworld purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for change-of-mind purchases.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a store credit. Please note that refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases. To qualify for the return, the product must be returned to us within 30 days of the dispatch date and in its original undamaged packaging, including all accessories. 

A small 10% restocking fee applies for items returned in the original packaging, and a 30% restocking fee applies for items returned without the original packaging or accessories. To receive the store credit, you will need to cover the cost of the return shipping. 

Once we receive the product and confirm that everything is in good condition, we will issue you a store credit for the amount you paid for the product, less any initial delivery charges.
