My JS60/JS80 isn't charging from 240VUpdated 3 months ago
Follow the below troubleshooting steps:
1. Remove the USB-C cable from the JS60/JS80 and 240V charger.
2. Alternate the USB-C cable so that the end in the 240V charger is now in the JS60/JS80.
3. Ensure the USB-C cables are firmly inside the JS60/JS80 and the 240V charger.
4. Try charging the JS60/JS80 again.
If the JS60/JS80 still does not charge via 240V, try to charge via 12V to confirm whether the fault is with the charger or the jump starter. Then reach out to [email protected] .
