My iTECH2000A doesn't hold it's chargeUpdated 3 months ago

The iTECH2000A is different from other iTechworld jump starters. Active circuitry continues to run when switched on, even if no devices are connected. This means the iTECH2000A will lose its charge relatively quickly if not turned off. When the unit is on, it also has a wireless charging zone and a backlit screen that consumes power.  Additionally, the iTECH2000A cannot self-discharge if it is switched off.

To turn your iTECH2000A off, press and hold the large red on/off button until it turns off.
